About ReDevelop Movement

My name is Ollie, I have a love for movement, physical activity and wellbeing. I’ve been a teacher my entire adult life. Firstly teaching watersports in various locations around the world and now based in the UK I teach physical development based primarily on bodyweight strength training, mobility and flexibility.

For a long time I had various physical issues such as knee pain and shoulder problems. This is the main reason I began my own research and journey in physical development and one of the biggest drives for me to continue. At the present moment, I no longer have any of these problems.

My experience teaching watersports also gave me an insight into the incredible value of learning a new skill, and with physical development, the accessibility to continuous learning is incredible - you can begin right where you are, right now.

My training background is wide ranging, diverse and I have a spent the past 5 years learning from highly sought after individuals such as Ido Portal, Charles Poliquin, Katy Bowman, Emmet Louis and Pavel Tsatsouline.

My experience and journey has culminated in the creation of ReDevelop Movement. Built specifically to bring the same benefits to your physical wellbeing.

I have three clear goals:

  1. Improve your quality of life through quality movement.

  2. Get your body functioning optimally.

  3. Have fun.
